Application Process
1. REFFERAL
Have your social worker/ case manager fill out the referral and submit it. You can also refer yourself if need be.
2. ASSESSMENT
We need to know exactly what going on to make connections and support you individually.
3. CREATE INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT PLAN TOGETHER
We have to agree with the way we are going to navigate working with each other. Communication is key.
4. AGREEMENT
We will sign a contract to work together with a start date to implement the plan.
Clean Safe Bed
We offer a clean safe bed and space to belong.
Food Security
We cant afford to cook 3 hot meals a day yet however, We always have supplies to make sandwiches, eggs, oatmeal, bread butter, sugar, coffee, and cereal to name a few items and we prepare one hot meal daily. We encourage you to participate in creating the monthly menu.
Advocacy
Many people don't know there is help available to them. We promote advocacy. Many people who pass through here have been told they are not eligible.
